Print Design for BYU-Idaho Welding Engineering Department
I have become the unofficial graphic designer for the Welding Engineering Technology (WET) department at BYU-Idaho.
I work with the professors over the WET department to capture a general idea of what they are looking for in their graphic or print media (networking christmas cards in this case). I use my skills as both photographer and designer to brainstorm concepts, rapidly work up first drafts and send them over to my client. From there I work on the final iterations and send it off to my clients. It’s a great experience working with clients to understand what they are looking for and to be mindful in my design of who the recipients are.
